Caleb Meyer

Caleb Meyer was born and raised in Idaho. He was very blessed to spend summers in the Sawtooth Mountains of central Idaho where he realized the splendor of creation, and nurtured the desire to create fine art. As a senior in high school Caleb was honored as art student of the year, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in art education from Boise State University. After graduating in 2006, Caleb spent 2 years studying with renowned artist Robert Moore. Since then Caleb has been establishing himself as a professional artist and oil painter, taking part in paint-outs and shows across the northwest, while also teaching painting and drawing in the high school setting. He enjoys painting outdoors in the rugged Idaho landscape, or working in his new studio. Caleb is passionate about painting and finds joy in the process, “ I believe that using and refining God’s gifts is an act of worship “.
